Adult Day Care
Our center is licensed by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission and regulated by the United States Department of Agriculture and the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). Partnering with the CACFP allows us to provide our clients with three daily nutritious meals that are compliant with USDA guidelines for a healthy diet. We also offer various socialization activities, including:
Assisted Living
Mallow’s Place caters to individuals with Intellectual Development Disability (IDD) or dual diagnosis. Because most families do not have adequate resources to care for their loved ones, this setting is perfect for individuals who receive SSI or SSDI income. We provide breakfast, lunch, dinner, direct care assistance, and transportation services to and from medical appointments within a 5-mile radius of the facility. Mallow’s place administrative team is eager to partner with social workers, services coordinators, family members, and advocates within the community to secure placement.
IDD intellectual Disability Disorder Program
Love and Joy, dba Love & Joy HCS program has been serving individuals with IDD since 1989. We have been dedicated to aiding individuals and families with host home (foster care services), respite services (temporarily relief residential services to families who care for their love one), group home services, residential services for 3-4 individuals with IDD diagnosis who reside in the community in a single-family residence. This setting is perfect for persons who need housing, desire to be housemates with other persons with similar disabilities, and enjoy socializing with his or her peers.
