and Joy Personal Care Home, Inc. is a non-profit
organization that shelters and feeds 100 homeless
mentally |

individuals in the Houston area. We have been an active
force within the community for over fifteen years, and

we are excited to continue
in our service |

facilities help these individuals remain off the streets
or from being institutionalized. We assist our consumers
|
| in being
productive within society while at the same time giving
them the proper care that is needed. |

Mrs. Lover Betts |
Mrs.
Lover Betts founded this prestigious agency over fifteen
years ago in the greater Houston area. |
| The
agency was established to provide care to those who are
mentally challenged to give them a place to |
|
congregate with
others while receiving the proper care and medical needs
that are suitable for them. It is |
| Love
and Joy’s greatest desire to
assist our consumers and their families in becoming
independent and |
|
integrate in the community. Our
motto, “Brining Love Back into the Community”, is our
